HANOI KITCHEN is a well established Vietnamese Street food brand and this will be our 6th festival season. We are looking for fun, food loving and hard working festival crew! If you love hospitality and food, being part of a team and working outdoors, we would love to hear from you!
THE JOB?
Working Front of House (fast selling & customer service, tills like Izettle, assembling and serving food)
Working Back of House- food preparation, cooking, washing up, following H&S practices and guidelines
Set Up- helping to build and take down the festival set up, hands on
Teamwork in a fun, fast paced and collaborative environment
Following our festival policies and systems (clocking in/out, breaks, staff meal vouchers, festival time-off)
Work from end of June to start of September

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Enthusiastic, fun, positive- 'can do' attitude
Enjoys both customer facing and back of house roles, can be flexible
Some cooking/hospitality/food & beverage/event experience is necessary
Interest in food
Not scared of physical work and long hours standing up
Attention to detail
Reliable
Able to commute to East London (Hackney) and flexible to travel to festivals around UK with train, car shares, coach etc
Happy to camp
Must be able to do at least 4 festivals this summer
WHAT ELSE WE OFFER?
